Why did you make this website?

I had multiple motivations for making this website:

1. I am old, and I have recently begun to face my own mortality. Putting some of my thoughts out in to the world might mean that some part of me will last longer than I do.

2. I know someone who needed some “encouragement” to get on Twitter. They know who they are.

3. I am old school and thought that a website would be more my speed.

Why a website rather than video content?

As I said, I am old school. And writing has always been second nature to me. Besides I can do it anytime, in private, and without any clothes on.
